Grapes are grown on hillside slopes in the Marsala and Salemi areas of western Sicily from prime biological vineyards. Vines are trained in the traditional spalliera method.
Fruity red, which is soft, approachable and easy to drink. Packed with red berry fruit, cherry flavours –this is the perfect pasta wine or ideal in its own.

Lamura Natura Sicilia is a range of wines which are totally pure: we have bottled exclusively what mother nature has given us – we have added nothing and have taken nothing away.
Not only are the Lamura Natura Sicilia wines made from organically grown grapes, but also tremendous care is taken from throughout the entire production process to ensure that the environment is respected. Sicily provides the perfect environment for the production of organic wines, in fact most would agree that Sicily is the best region in the whole of Italy for the production of organic grapes. The abundance of sunshine combined with the sea breezes and low rainfall combine to make ideal grape-growing conditions: there are no problems with ripening grapes and there is very little disease, so our grapes have always been virtually organic, with the minimum of treatments. The result is consistently excellent quality grapes.
